Meditation Pond, Buddhist Monastery. Devon June 2017 – SOLD

Paintings for Sale

In June I spent a week in the rolling hills of Devon. Such a beautiful county. Near to where I stayed was a meditation pond: part of a Buddhist Monastery garden that overlooked the valley. To say there was peace in this little piece of paradise is an understatement. I tried to capture the serenity and transformative power of the place in this painting, which has recently sold.

  1. Wow, I love this painting. It seems so colorful and cheerful. While you are using some dark colors the contrasting of a small little river or pond in a forest, like a little fantasy painting. I love it! Did you go to art school? Please check out my art for any suggestions, caelidotblog.wordpress.com/2017/12/26/why-do-you-art/
